The core of Yandiki’s business is to provide creative talent for other organizations, allowing them to augment their staff in an easy way, for specific projects, and in a switch-on / switch-off style of contracting.

Premium creative talent

At Yandiki, in contrast to other companies in the marketplace, we seek out only the most highly qualified talent. We test them, certify them, and only after that, we welcome them to join our platform. In this way we offer talent in three different levels of expertise: Junior – Semi Senior – Senior, facilitating the matchmaking process to meet our clients needs.

The Yandiki On-line Assessment Module is composed of three types of different tests: English Level Test / Analytic Skills Test / Technical Skill Test, and will:

• Allow to assess candidates’ skills at any time during the screening process.• Allow candidates to take assessment tests online and at their convenience.• Allow to obtain and access tests results right away.

On-demand

At Yandiki, we allow companies to augment their staff according to their specific needs. We provide creative premium human resources when – for a number of reasons – companies are not able to meet a need with their own staff, i.e.: need to create a Brand Manual and don’t have a Graphic Designer, or need to manage their social communications and don’t have a Community Manager. These are just two examples of how organizations can hire talent only when they need it, and once the project is finalized, the contract ends.

At Yandiki we offer consultations and on-demand support to assist Clients when they need it, and to step back when they don’t. This reduces the cost of hiring full-time staff by hiring specialized talent as and when they need them.

Cloud-based platform

All talent will be uploaded onto our TransparentBusiness platform that will allow professionals and clients to work together collaboratively, without having to be in the same place.

Silvina Moschini is an international entrepreneur, an expert in digital innovation and a contributing expert to CNN en Español, where she co-hosts “Opinion2.0”, the weekly segment which analyses the latest Internet trends. Her column has been published in more than 150 media outlets throughout the world.
