ARTWORK SUBMISSION

In general, PDFs should meet PDF/X-1a standards. Compatibility must be Acrobat 4 (pdf 1.3). For quality-control purposes, advertisers who submit PDF files may be required to supply native files. • All Graphics must be at least 300dpi at the same size used in the layout and saved as a high-res .pdf

file.• All color images must be CMYK (swop 20% preferred)• We cannot accept RGB and indexed colors. All fonts used should be embedded in the PDF when

created. All spot colors should be converted to CMYK prior to distilling or PDF creation (unless advert is to print with a spot color). If advert is to print with spot colors do not convert to CMYK. Files with transparency should be flattened in the native application prior to distilling or PDF creation.

PDF export should include Bleed @.125 inch all 4 sides. If Crop Marks are included check only Crop Marks (Do Not check "All Printer Marks"). If Crop Marks are included make sure to change "Offset" value to .125 inch to keep marks away from work.

Please use the following format for naming the file being uploaded – company name (first 8 letters) ad title (first 10 letters) date of ad first run (six digits).

Pollstar reserves the right to approve all click-through url links. Advertiser’s company name and or logo must appear in at least one frame of the advertisement including the final frame. Advertisers are responsible for all advertising content. Advertiser agrees to hold Pollstarharmless against any third party claim as a result of an advertiser’s content. ADVERTISER RESPONSIBILITYThe advertiser is solely responsible for the accuracy of the content of advertisements submitted.

DEADLINESAds run on a monthly basis, with ads starting on the first day of the month. It’s always better to contact us early to reserve your space. In order to get your ad scheduled properly, we ask that we have your contract and your ad at least seven days before the first day of the month you’d like your ad to start. If we already have your creative on hand and you’d like to place some ads on short notice, give us a call and we’ll see what we can do.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel an advertisement, contact us at least seven days prior to the start date.

CREATIVEAll advertisements should be provided in .jpg or .png formats in the exact dimensions indicated. All online ads should be 72dpi and RGB (no CMYK or spot colors). Contact us at least seven days prior to the start date.
