MEDAVIE BLUE CROSS WEB ACCESSHOW TO PRINT YOUR CARD

STEP 1: Go to the Medavie Blue Cross website: https://www.medaviebc.ca/en/members/welcome and choose “Log In” from the home page which brings you to the Member services page.

STEP 2: Choose the “First Time? Register Now” option to register your Medavie Blue Cross account.

From your online Medavie account you can:

1. Submit claims

2. Print your card

3. Check your coverage

4. Review your claimshistory.

Remember to make a note of your password and the email address used to set

up your account

All students can register online as of:

September 15th (Fall admit) January 15th (Winter admit) May 15th (Summer admit)

STEP 3: Choose the card type (4th card - bottom right) from the options.

STEP 4: Finalize your registration by completing all the required fields:

- Identification Number

• If you started your program in 2019 or later, use 0XXXXXXXX01

• If you started your program before 2019, use 0XXXXXXXX00

(where X is your student ID number; for example: if your Concordia student ID is 12345678, your identification number should be 01234567800 or 01234567801. )

- Policy number: 0097008000

STEP 5: Once the registration is complete, you can log in to your account and you will find the following on your account home page.

IMPORTANT

Once you are registered with Medavie, you can use the same username to access the Medavie Blue Cross app or your Medavie account via Web.
