Tokyo Seimitsu (now known as ACCRETECH) took its first steps as a manufacturer of in-line measuring instru-
ments during the booming growth of Japan’s automobile industry in the 1960s.
A number of things are required in a state-of-the-art production line.
It must have unparalleled quality, ensuring that it is operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
ACCRETECH effectively responds to the needs of its customers for real-time control with in-process gauges,
feedback control with post-process gauges and feed-forward systems that integrate these two types of

Optigo 3D Vision SystemOptigo is an entirely new type of non-contact measur-
ing system designed for production lines that captures
point data on three-dimensional curved surfaces at
high precision, high speed and high density.

TOKYO SEIMITSU is ISO 9001 certified. It is also certified by JCSS as a calibration body for length (laser and end standards for measuring length), based on the new Weights and Measures Acts of Japan.
Both the Hachioji and Tsuchiura Plants received aCertificate of Approval (Certificate No. 6065) fromBVQI (Britain) on Jan. 7, 1994.
The Hachioji Plant was certified as a quali-fied factory to calibrate the wavelength oflaser for measurement on Aug. 1, 1994.
The Tsuchiura Plant was certified as aqualified factory to calibrate end stan-dards (block gauges) on May 23, 1995.
Precision Measuring Instruments Should Be Calibrated and Inspected Periodically
We highly recommend that precision instruments be calibrated and inspected periodically. To this end, we provideassistance to customers by calibrating precision measuring instruments and standards, setting up quality or traceabilitysystems and providing support for ISO 9000 series certification.

Thiscertificate covers both of our production facilities: TheHachioji Plant that concentrates on the developmentand manufacture of semiconductor productionequipment, and the Tsuchiura Plant that mainlydevelops and manufactures precision measuringequipment.
Tokyo Seimitsu recognizes that protecting the earth’senvironment is important for all human beings, andthat it must take a proactive approach to environmentalprotection throughout all of its production and serviceactivities.

We have provided calibration service to customers as anauthorized firm (JCSS 0047) in a division of "Length" (blockgauge), and it has also been approved the qualification tosatisfy "Mutual Recognition Arrangement" by IAJapan(International Accreditation Japan). Consequently, a blockgauge made calibration by us is guaranteed the equality tothe calibration that has been made by 42 organizationssigned to ILAC (International Laboratory AccreditationCooperation) on the system, capability and conformity of theevaluation result.*ILAC is the cooperated organization consisted of authorized organizations such aslaboratories and calibration organizations approved in the countries and economicregions concerned.
