VOLUME

• To find the volume of an iregular solid use the displacement method.• First measure the volume of liquid in a beaker.• Place the irregular object into the liquid.• Measure the new volume of the liquid.• Subtract the first volume from the second.• The difference between the two is the volume of

the irregular solid.
