Construction Commenced/To Commence:• Solar Project – East Parking Lot (substantially complete - waiting for PG&E)
Update: Distribution and network upgrades are targeted to be completed in the first quarter of 2021. Sunpower and PG&E engineers are in the final approval stages of the Net Generation Out Meter (NGOM) drawings. NGOM installation is required before PG&E can perform the final inspection of the project.

Adjustments to Construction Budget:
• Inflation Adjustment
Budget is calculated using estimated inflation figures. When actual inflation figures are available, the budget will be increased or decreased accordingly.
• Bid Adjustment
If bid is greater than the estimate, the District will bear the excess cost.
If bid is less than the estimate, the District will share in the savings according to its proportionate funding percentage.
