Name : Hasbulah

My name is Hasbulah, I was born on Palembang, 16th January 1994. I am

the last child in my family, I have 5 brothers and 2 sisters. I live at Kapten Robani

Kadir Street Number 6, Plaju.. I was interested in everything about Technology,

especially Computer Science . I am a fresh gradute from State Polytechnic of

Sriwijaya, my program is Electrcial Engineering.

PT.PLN (Persero) is State-Owned Enterprise that was founded on 27th

October 1945 with other name. It is one of electrical company in Indonesia. We

can call it “the special one” electrical company because PLN is the only company

that can distribute electrical power for general usage. PLN has three main

 business, generation,transmission,and distribution. But now PLN already expand

their business to another part, like education,training,etc. PLN has a good motto

“Electricity for a better life”. 

The main reason why I choose PLN is because I want to do something for

this country. I don’t choose other Government Institution because I was interested

in engineering. PLN is one of Indonesia vital asset, if we can do something good

in this company, I am sure that it can make a great effect for this country. One of

PLN programs that I was interested to involve in is GCG (Good Corporate

Governance). I believe there is something awesome in this company future, and

we will create that future.

Of Course it will influence our behavior, but it doesn’t mean the effect is

always good or bad. It depends on how the environment in that extracurricular and

how we manage the time. A good environment can influence us to have a good

 behavior and we can learn more how to solve the problem especially in the real

life, but if we can manage our time in extracurricular it can disturb our

intracurricular.

That was very important I think. Because in formal education we learn

something theoretical and we can implement it in informal education. And also

our knowledge will become more valuable because it was combine with an

experience, like proverb says Experience is the best teacher. Then in informal

education we can learn another subject beside our main subject that we learn in

formal education.

The 3 point that I will prepare to face the global era is Morallity,Skill, and

Communication. Morality is the most important, because although we live in

global era we cant forget about this one. Someone rich,clever,handsome but he

don’t have morality, no one will trust him and he can reach the real happiness.

And then second one is Skill, we know that in global era the competition is very

strict, only a skilled person that can survive in that era. And have a skill is not

enough in this era, we need to update and improve it everyday because techonolgy

is improve very fast, we just have two choice, run and survive or we just waiting

and leave backward.

I will act as a leader for my subordinate, not a boss. I will make them feel

that we are just a friend but they respect me as a leader. And try to lead every job

they do rather than just leave them to do it by themselves. For my boss I will just

do simple thing, do something he like and try to avoid something he don’t like. I

will try to become someone that he can trust. If we gain her trust he will act like

our friend, not a boss anymore. But never forget to keep our respect.

Of course I will accept that post with very happy. I was promoted that

means my job is success and the company trust with me. Wherever the place, as

long as it was a duty we must do it. I don’t care wherever I live, every place is

same for me, the different is how we can socialize with it. And move to another

 place mean we have a new experience and a new friend. So why not?
