After you login, start by browsing the menu, “The Monthly Dish”. Each month, there are 20 new recipes you can choose from.

The recipe page includes:

the ingredient list

cooking instructions

and nutrition info

… just check the box

To add meals to your shopping list …

… click the button to create your shopping list

Once you’ve picked all the meals you want to make …

… items are grouped by grocery aisle to make shopping easier

… items are combined across recipes, so when 2 recipescall for stewed tomatoes, you see them only once on the list
