MEAA Instructions for Submitting Results of Examinations for a ME

When logged into your MEAA account, you will see the main screen for your National Regsitry account

like the screen below.

When you hover the My Medical Examiners tab, you will see the list of all certified MEs that you are

associated with and able to act on behalf of. able to act on behalf of.

Select the ME you want to submit results of exams for. Once you expand the menu, you will see the

functions you are allowed to perform in the National Registry on behalf of that ME

Select the option for Submit CMV Driver Exam Results Reported on the MER Form. The screen below

will be displayed. This form is only for submitting results of exams performed prior to December 21,

2015.

Select the option for Submit CMV Driver Exam Results Reported on the MER Form, MCSA-5875. The

screen below will be displayed. This form is for submitting results of exams performed after December

22, 2015.

To view results of exams previously submitted, select View Submitted Exams. The screen below will be

displayed.
