The Plant Pagbilao Power Station is a 735-MW coal-fired thermal power plant at Isla Grande in Pagbilao, Quezon. The power plant is capable of producing a maximum of 16.8 million kilowatt hours of electricity daily or over 6 billion kWh annually. The electricity generated is connected to the Luzon Grid via the 230-kV transmission line and the NPC sub-station in Tayabas, Quezon.

Commuting Directions Bus Option To Lucena

- Take a bus en route to Lucena (either from Buendia or Cubao) and get off at Lucena Grand Central Terminal. From the terminal there are vans and jeepneys going to Pagbilao. Manila to Lucena Bus fare is around Php 209.00, one-way fare.

- Second Route is to take a bus going directly to SM Lucena.

From the Lucena Grand Central Terminal

- Take a jeep ride bound for Brgy. Polo for Php 35.00.

- Tell the driver that you are going to Lukang Beach (Lukang Beach is the old name of Kwebang Lampas).

- Once in Brgy Polo, you can hire tricycle going to the Kwebang Lampas Registration area.

Plant Policies 1. All should secure a Visitor’s Authorization Form from their contact person/s in the plant and are subject to inspection prior to entering plant premises.

2. It is prohibited to bring explosives, firearms, weapons and illegal drugs inside the station. Excluded from this are firearms of contracted security employees and uniformed law enforcement officers on official business.

3. All visitors will be issued a visitor’s ID card and are required to properly wear such IDs while on the Station Property. They are not allowed within the Plant Security Zone unless accompanied at all times by an employee.

4. All private, non-company owned vehicles are restricted to enter Main Plant premises and will only be allowed access up to the Administration Building’s parking area.

Safety Policies 1. All visitors are required to wear proper and safe work apparels. Those wearing slippers, sando/sleeveless shirts, shorts and indecent attire will not be allowed entry.

2. All visitors with vehicles should maintain a speed limit of 25 kph.

3. Seatbelts must be worn at all times while traveling.

4. Safety shoes, hard hats and other personal protective equipment are required to be worn inside designated areas.

Environmental Policies 1. Smoke belchers will not be allowed access inside the station.

2. All visitors are required to observe proper solid waste management practices. Wastes should be disposed in proper receptacles:

- recyclable wastes such as hard plastics, aluminum cans, cardboard/paper.

B L A C K

- residual wastes such as plastic bags, styrofoam, diapers, sanitary napkins.
