Target A - With a few exceptions, all developed countries provide duty-free market access to the exports of LDCs

Average tariffs levied by developed countries continue to decline slightly for developing and least developed countries.

More than half of the exports of LDCs benefit from reduced tariffs, giving LDCs a significant competitive advantage.

Target 4: Debt payments have dramatically decreased over the past few years and is estimated to meet the target by 2015. This has been a success.

Target5: From the malaria graph we can see that the disease has decreased but not enough to reach the target by 2015. This target is lagging short and so more funding needs to be put into medical drugs.

Target 6: By 2015 it is estimated that southern Asia will have 11 out of 100 people using the internet. As you can see from the graph the developing and developed regions are progressing on this target but more attention needs to be payed to the “blue” areas, these are barely progressing.
