Science Curriculum

We will discuss ways for parents/guardians

● New science curriculum as part of Common Core, called NGSS, Next Generation Science Standards.

● Teachers are slowly integrating this over about 3 years.

● The District provided lessons for two units this year and are receiving training.

● Next year teachers will teach more around 4 units that are NGSS aligned.

Created, edited and stored online. Files can be accessed from any computer/phone with an Internet connection and a full-featured Web browser.
