WEEKLY GARBAGE Only 23% of what goes in the average Moreland garbage bin should actually be sent to landfi ll. That’s 77% of garbage that could have been recycled, recovered or composted. Moreland residents send around 30,000 tonnes of waste to landfi ll every year, so even just a small reduction can make a big di erence to our environment and future.
