I was decided to leave the country and study abroad. Venezuela´s economic and social instability has most of our talented young professionals looking for opportunities elsewhere, and I was about to join the crowd.

A significant professional and personal development.
The risk of working in Grupo Merino meant overcoming the daily challenges that came with living in a country like Venezuela. However, as I started to get results, I decided those challenges were not obstacles, but motivators that forced me to become more creative while looking for new alternative ways to get things done. I learned that I could push the limits, and created a team that, by my side, was willing and driven to exceed expectations.
There is no greater outcome than the personal satisfaction of seeing your work being appreciated, of realizing how much you´ve grown, and how your effort has positively affected the work and life of others.

We have several new products that are coming out in 2017, among them is this premium sausage Brand which is expected to be marketed in Venezuela and exported to Caribbean Islands.

Looking for an opportunity to bring members from all of the Group´s companies together, to build on that sense of belonging and to reward the hard work of employees, I took on the challenge of planning Grupo Merino´s christmas party.
