LaShaya Wal laceMajestic Creativity (MC) is owned and operated by LaShaya Wallace. LaShaya has a personal, ongoing relationship with Jesus Christ. With this Christian lens, she has been offering creative and process solutions with integrity and excellence, to churches and small business owners for over 10 years.

Growing up in church, LaShaya has served in many areas of ministry including administration, youth, music ministry and various leadership teams. Her immediate examples in the faith include her father, which has been a head deacon for over 33 years and her mother, also a business owner, who had initiated various trail blazing ministry opportunities, that brought many souls to Christ.

With the support of her awesome husband aka “Bro. Wallace”, she has earned her Masters degree in Marketing and Communications and holds a Bachelors in Human Resources. This educational combination was birthed out of her passion for ministry communications to church members and the community.

LaShaya serves throughout her community through mentoring young ladies, singing/writing Gospel songs, and offering simple solutions to ministry and small business leaders. She has taught ministry leadership teams about communications and the importance of spreading the good news within the congregation and to the lost.

Although MC is a business, LaShaya views each encounter as another opportunity to serve God’s people while advancing His Kingdom.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?

Pricing depends on the project. We offer a range of services and we like to get a better understanding of the what each client needs. Our pricing is competitive and more often than not, more affordable without compromising quality. We work within your budget and offer creative and inspiring work. Good communications is more that just a flyer or postcard, but also includes a strategy to get the message to the intended audience.

DO YOU OFFER SERVICES ON A MONTHLY BASIS?

Absolutely! We have recently launched several retainer packages starting at around $150/month for a certain number of hours for 6 months. We have found that growing ministries really value having MC as a partner because it saves time and relieves ministries from trying to do their own communications in house with staff that may not have the expertise or experience. Our services include any design work, project management, training, team meetings, and consultative solutions to help you better communicate your message.

WHAT DO I NEED TO GET STARTED?

MC would need you to complete our simple Client Engagement Form. Once that is filled out and sent back, MC will respond with a quote. If the quote is accepted, a deposit may be required to begin the project. MC will schedule a brief “kick off” meeting to discuss the process in greater detail. From there any pictures, pre-approved copy from the client, music etc, would need to be supplied to MC.

FAQ’S A LITTLE MORE ABOUT MC HOW LONG WILL MY PROJECT TAKE?

Great question. It varies by client. MC has created some pieces such as postcards in as little as 48 hours as a rush and other items that take several weeks. It depends on how many components your project contains.

MC will submit a project calendar up front so you can see when reviews are due. MC understands that we are all busy and wear multiple hats. We just ask that our clients let us know when the deadlines are not going to be met so other projects are not impacted. Also, not having the items such has pictures, copy, or leadership agreement, can slow down the process.
