During Q1 we were growing 47% in oGT but we need work in order to achieve our goal

during the next quarter.

Congratulations to AIESEC in Ankara because during this Q1 they got 6 realizations, also a special

recognition to AIESEC in East Med for the first realization in oGT.

Now is time to make sure that everything we learned this peak helps us to continue growing and

making AMAZING things in the months that are coming!!!

The reality is... there are 2 months left for summer!!!That means that we still have 2 months

to work together in & for AIESEC inTurkey, to be the hub at global level.... And I ask you guys, what do you want to be remembered for?!! This is the moment to keep going, to learn

and to give more than 100% to make sure that we leave the legacy we want...to make sure that we

are actually making a difference in our entities, in our cities and Turkey. I'm also challenged to do it better this spring peak and next summer peak!

this is biggest peak, but, who said that we cannot do it! It's our decision, and I hope to have you on

board to make it happen!

As you can see our status in realization are no the best because we are working hard for ge, right now in approvals we have a growth 180% and goal ach. 70%,

good job guys lest do more during the q

Congratulations to Istanbul, Istanbul Asia and Izmirfor those realization in oGE during this quarter, but my appreciation goes to AIESEC Kocaeli for being

on top of approvals.

Right now we have more than 25 Accepted in oGE, we should work more to convert this people in

approved in a shorter time and faster.

This is the most growing month of oGV history.

March was a successful month for us but should be careful that we can not have advance approves

from April. So don’t think that we will drop in April. We will grow.

APPROVE DAY : DONE

During NATCO, as whole oGV commission wemade an approve day. We’ve called all available

EP’s and tried to find opportunities for them. We’ve collected 17 contracts iin 3 hours.

POLAND DAY : DONE

Poland made an approve day and invited all theEP’s who wants to go to Poland this summer.

We’ve got 7 accepted in that day.

SALES : DONE

We’ve made spesific sales campaigns for oGV. 21 EP’s used these sales.
