M&C‘s special systems are „made in Germany“ and for 35 years, they have been designed and manufactured at the German main sites in Ratingen and Aach - with in-house engineering departments - ready for use for the world market.
We also offer qualified solutions for more complex or difficult measuring tasks. The range covers smaller conditioning plates up to densely equipped large containers – starting from lot size one up to high-volume serial orders.
Planning and & Engineering.Prior to order acceptance, adequate and cost-oriented advice on the design and selection of the components is provided based on the measurement task to be fulfilled and the process environment in operation. M&C performs the planning of the gas analysis systems, the related project planning as well as the engineering of the system solution and the installation site including time scheduling and logistics for mounting and commissioning.
The manufacturing of M&C‘s systems is carried out exclusively in Germany in compliance with all applicable general standards (including factory standards, if available). This also applies to particular application cases, such as ATEX and SIL. We only use high-quality brand products and employ a large number of experienced, long-term staff throughout the company.
M&C‘s customers obtain all necessary preliminary documentation as a basis for special customer requirements; careful final documentation is obligatory. We comply with our own high and practice-oriented documentation standard or the specifications of our customer companies. We also safeguard copies of documentation far beyond legal requirements.
As a matter of fact, we provide a variety of demand-oriented support services beyond the day of acceptance and handover.
