to wor# ($off %.M &'&). his research study is carried out to ac*uire #now!edge aout
the fema!e e+ecutive post emp!oyees, (-/s) practices and their preferred dressing
sty!es and to see whether these practices are correct or not.

fema!e e+ecutive post emp!oyees (-/s) were se!ected as the su2ects. he too! used

the resu!ts. his sca!e was made under the teacher,s guidance1 y thorough !iterature

insurance agencies. 6hen a uniform is not re*uired at a wor# p!ace emp!oys may e
e+pected to choose c!othing which meet certain standards. 6omen may e as#ed to wear
dresses1 tai!ored suits1 or pent suits in particu!ar sty!es1 which are considered suita!e for

"nother reason for specia! c!othing at wor# is sanitation or c!ean!iness1 this is especia!!y
important in medica! profession1 food service occupation and food processing p!ants.
Specia! uniform is a!so e re*uired for coo#s1 waiters1 waitress in different restaurants
and cafeterias. Beside a!! this a uniform is a standard dress for many type of services
personne! too.
