Your Study Route

• A UK level 6 (or higher) qualification (bachelor degree or equivalent); or• An internationally recognised (UK NARIC) undergraduate degree in any

discipline taught in English; or• An internationally recognised (UK NARIC) undergraduate degree in any

discipline taught not taught in English and certified evidence of English languageproficiency that has been taken no more than two years prior to the applicant’sapplication for admission (e.g., English IELTS level 6.0 (with no less than 5.5 ineach component) or equivalent); or

• Where candidates hold a Chartered Management Institute level 7 qualification,they will be granted credit for prior learning for the following MBA units: CTL803Leading Strategic Change, CTL804 Enabling Organisational Transformation andCTL806 Strategic Planning (enabling accelerated completion of the CTL); or

• Experienced applicants without a recognised undergraduate degree (or level 6qualification) may seek admission through recognition of prior experientiallearning and should contact MyBetterMe for details of how to apply through thisroute (they must meet the English language proficiency requirements notedearlier).

AssessmentsAssessments are practical and pragmatic, adding value to your work or

business. In the taught units there are personal reflections on your learning and leadership, and case study analysis. There are no exams or tests. The capstone applied research project assessment is a short presentation and a 15,000 word report.

degree from York St John University which is fully accredited by the British Government and whose degrees are recognised worldwide.

The Certified Transformational Leader award (CTL) is recognised and awarded by the Chartered Management Institute. CMI has approved our partner Masters Pro Management's Malaysian Centre (established by CMC University Partner) to deliver the CTL face-to-face and online. York St John University has validated the CTL as a pathway to the MBA.

SupportYou are supported in your studies by our online core curriculum, consisting of

carefully curated educational material and activities. This is supplemented by two one-hour group mentoring clinics most weeks of the year, where one of our experienced educators answers questions on the course and delivers additional material outside of the core curriculum.

Once a month one of the weekly clinics is substituted by a public online webinar where our senior academics interview special guests to present and discuss fresh leadership thinking.

There is an option to purchase 12 x 45-minute one-to-one mentoring sessions with one of our senior academics.
