Freeform Peyote Ruffles* Instructor: Karen Williams $45Create a beaded sculpture that you can wear! A variation on freeform peyote, we will focusspecifically on ruffles. We will start by discussing potential color schemes and ways to movecolors and textures through your piece to help integrate the design. You'll be able to complete asmaller project like a pair of earrings or pendant, or make a good start on a larger project suchas a bracelet.



Beaded Bezel* Instructor: Karen Williams $45Capture any relatively flat, cabochon-shaped object in a net of regular and random right angleweave with a decorative peyote stitch border. The captured cabochon can be worn as a brooch,used as a pendant or incorporated into more complex designs.

Bring your owndesigns, or choose one of our samples to cut out of metal with a saw and create a pendant.Students will learn both sawing and piercing metal as well as finishing and filing steps tocreating a smooth, eye-catching piece.



Dapped & Textured Jewelry Instructor: Cody Westfall $25Learn how to texture metal to create various effects with texturing hammers and other tools. Youwill also learn how to dome metal with dapping blocks. You will have time to complete onefinished project and start on components for future projects.

Wire Pea Pod* Instructor: Janice Berkebile $45This coiling/weave technique uses a heavier gauge wire as a frame and finer gauge wire to bindthe frames together to make an organic pod shape. Add some pearls and voila – pea pods!



Gypsy Wire Earrings* Instructor: Janice Berkebile $45Create two styles of earrings – the Art Deco and the Art Nouveau. Both styles are created bycombining various elements. The base elements are covered using a coiling technique called thegypsy wire wrap. Dangle precious gemstones from the eyes to add color and movement. Join thecomponents with jump rings to create fabulous gypsy-style chandelier earrings.
