Held in the Lower Reserved seating area, Center Field Gate opens at 12:30 PM and Q & A begins at 1 PM. Join Chuck Morgan, the voice of the Rangers, for a Q & A session with Rougned Odor and Elvis Andrus and the chance to win autographed baseballs and tickets to that day’s game. Space is limited, so reserve your spot by emailing

jrrangers@texasrangers.com or call 817-273-5287. Game tickets for this date are not required to participate in the Q & A Session, however you must wear your Jr Rangers VIP Membership Pass. Once the event is over, all attendees will be directed out of the ballpark and must exit the parking lot. Parking will be available in Corolla Lot C.

This is your opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the game of baseball, including how lineups are decided, the art of scorekeeping, and the history of the Texas Rangers! For attending, all Jr. Rangers Club members will receive an exclusive

scorekeeping banner pen and a scorecard to take with you to the game! Space is limited, so reserve your spot by emailing jrrangers@texasrangers.com or call 817-273-5287. Game tickets are required to participate in this event.

The first week of the season was a BLAST for Rangers Outfielder Nomar Mazara. Nomar was selected as the American League Player of the Week for April 2-9 by Major League Baseball. He lead the Majors with

nine RBI and ranked among the A.L. leaders in hits (tied 2nd, 10), batting average (tied 3rd, .417), OPS (4th, 1.212), total bases (4th, 18), runs (tied 4th, 6) and slugging (tied 4th, .750). He reached base safely in five of his six games for the week, hitting safely in four of those. Mazara produced multi-hit games in each of the season’s first four contests (10-17) and drove in a career-best six runs on April 7 vs. Oakland.

The Rangers also won in walk-off fashion for the first time this season against the Kansas City Royals on April 20! In the bottom of the 13th inning, Joey Gallo had a one-out double to set Delino DeShields up for his first career walk-off hit. DeShields ended a 10 pitch at-bat with a walk-off single.

COMING UP IN MAY, the Rangers host San Diego, Oakland, Philadelphia, and Tampa Bay at Globe Life Park, and will open up The Silver Boot Series sponsored by the Texas Lottery against the Astros in Houston.
