Dear Chuck-JOHNEL and Nancy-TONI, I didn't think that I'd be writing youso soon---4124/08.

During prayer time this A.M., Phil. 4:13 was also quickened to me.As you already are aware, I view the destruction of the economy as an

accomplished fact. I'm not spending much focus upon it.What is emerging is famine. We are seeing it first in higher food costs.There are various shortages that are now occurring.Talk has begun about "rationing" food at some point. Etc., etc., etc.People need to look at this very seriously. The famine word is now unfolding

before our eyes.People are facing 2 basic challenges: 1. Food variety, quality, price and

availability in the near future. 2. Food availability, long term the ability to producegrains and vegetables longer term in some sort of a "system".

Without the Holy Spirit and Jesus Christ, these challenges can truly frightenmen and cause them to experience a deterioration of their mental health. I was led topray accordingly this morning. This letter follows the prayers.

This prayer came to me by the Holy Spirit.While I have thought through this since 1978, off and on, with Y2K renewing

it, recent realization of how vulnerable we are has escalated.It's one thing to have land, water, seeds and tools/ know-how.It is another for this to all come together and work.Without Jesus Christ completely in the work, it will fail.I have come to this conclusion.Hence, the recent sharings about "multiplication" and "preservation".I am quickened as of late to look at this practical need and not presume

anything.Boy, do we need Jesus Christ in all aspects of our planning and preparation,

just as in our spiritual lives.I see a window that is open now.An open window to Jesus Christ in terms of: 1. Buying what is needed, in

crisis. 2. Planning in Jesus Christ. 3. Beginning to "practice" and learn practicalliving skills.

Without a foundation of prayer, spiritual living and practical works, man'sability to endure to overcoming is seriously reduced, if not zero,

I do not say this lightly, but I am trying to convey what I know and see.No one can do it all but each one can do what they are required to do.At some point, as our "system" further deteriorates and then crashes, due to

judgment and wrath, men will expire after total, unequivocal terror and misery.I do not even wish to think or look upon this.So I'll follow Phil. 4:7-8 and ask, in prayer for those things necessary, as

shown to me.

["And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts andminds through Christ Jesus. Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoeverthings are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoeverthings are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and ifthere be any praise, think on these things." (Phil 4: 7-8)]

I'll look upon Jesus Christ in the midst of all of this, and thank Him foranswers to prayer.

I can easily imagine the panic. I can see the "paralysis". I can see the eventualhopelessness, that leads to resignation on some level.

But before the "resignation", we'll have riots and chaos, martial law and apolice state.

I know that you follow in this.I am not comfortable in seeing/writing about this.The deterioration of society is still off into the future, but the seeds are in

place--1. Deteriorating economy (collapse). 2. Weather and food issues (famine). 3.Rebellious/lawless people, and I don't only mean illegal aliens either (riots). 4. Secretgovernment planning for martial law. (Bustin' heads).

Ifpeople don't get going with Jesus Christ, then they won't overcome, but willbe overcome.

Again, the time window for relocation that Jesus showed you is still open, butlooks like it will be closing in 2009-2010,'° (Unquote Richard -DANIEL'S letter)

Now I'm going to give you a word of advice, the first country goesbankrupt--I've documented this and I've got it sealed in an envelope, and I'm goingto call all my friends and I'm telling you—this is the first time I've said it in a public.meeting like this—but the first country that bellies up, you go get every dime youhave—church get your money out of the bank—because there's going to be a bankholiday and you won't be able to get a dime for six months. On Fox TV News Neil Cavuto was talking to a conservationist, Mr. Howard Gould,and three other financial advisors about a bill being passed in Congress that willmandate new climate rules which in turn will force the price of gasoline up to 58.00a gallon. Added to this the new legislation will force our existing refineries out ofbusincss. The environmentalist is opposed to any drilling for oil in America andsuggested that bio fuel would rise to meet the needs. I've heard oil experts statewithout hesitation that such bio fuels would prove insufficient to meet even as muchas 2% of the nations energy needs if ALL of them were employed.

A 100% rise in the price of gasoline will translate into a 100% rise in the price offood, clothing and just about everything you can think of.

Neil Cavuto made the simple (if not obvious observation) that this was the worsepossible time for such a bill to be put through Congress when high fuel prices were

breaking the back of the nation and Placing undue financial stress on the Americanfamily.

The "conservationist" without the slightest compassion coldly stated: "There is nogood time, now is the time to do it. "

It is clear that the `death party' (Democrats) are more than willing to shove this kindof legislation through at the expense of the American people. They are either awareor unaware that it will create unbelievable hardships on the American people to theplace that people will perish because of it. I guess their attitude is simply that man issome kind of stain on the planet and the sooner there are less of us the better. Thatis the kind of spirit behind this activity whether they admit it or not.

This is the result of the diminishing of Christian morality and ethics - man is nolonger recognized as the crown of creation but of less importance than the creaturesand the planet.

LOVING APPEAL 0For: Janet and Vince Tortomasi

Last year, Janet Goodwin-Tortomasi saw a doctor and had an x-ray which showeda small spot on her right lung. The doctor told her not to worry about it.

A year later, Janet fell ill, swollen and in pain and went to see the doctor. After takingan x-ray that little spot had grown into a tumor the size of a football which waspressing against her heart and an artery, which was the cause of the swelling. Worse,the tumor was found to be cancerous.

Rushed to the hospital in Spokane they began a regimen of chemotherapy andradiation, which in a week's time reduced the size of the tumor relieving the pressureon her heart and artery. The swelling faded away. Shortly they discovered that thecancer had spread to other parts of her body; worse she had two cancerous tumors inthe brain.

They began another cycle of chemotherapy and radiation.

Janet was told that she had anywhere from 6 months to 8 months to live. Just todayshe was rushed back to the hospital in Spokane as she's come down with the flu andneeds close care.

Vince asked for a "Loving Appeal" as they have very limited funds and are hardpressed to meet the financial demands at this time.
