January: Open computer lab for schools (technical assistance)
Feb 15: Deadline for schools to enter requests
March 1: Conflict resolution meeting for schools
March 15: Release of requests to agencies for review/action
March 21: Consortium meeting and open computer lab for agencies
May 17: Deadline for agency responses (to best of their ability)
October: Fall consortium meeting
Feedback/Evaluation; set next cycle; address other issues such as sharing how an agency handles a problem, background checks, changes in hospital/agency policies, dress code, announcements, etc.
