At all morning services, nursery care for your infant or toddler is available near this assembly hall. If you are attending the 9:30am or 11:15am services, we also have children’s classes which meet on this floor and on the third floor, as well as youth classes and worship in our Ministry Center in the building just across the street on Middle Road and Hankow Road. New Home Group in Lohas Park (Tseung Kwan O): Information Lunch Next Sunday, June 3rd, After the Second Service, Meet at 4/F Podium, YMCA Charles and Easter Liu will be starting a new Home Group this June in Lohas Park (near Lohas Park MTR station) to meet on Thursday evenings. If you are interested in joining or would like to find out more about this new group, come along to the information lunch on June 3rd. Please meet at the 4/F Podium directly after the second service. Beijing’s Migrant Pastors: Come Hear Their Stories Next Sunday, June 3rd, 11:15am-12:30pm, Room 610, YMCA Next Sunday, during the second service, Pastor Rob Penner will be introducing us to 5 migrant pastors who have come to Beijing from all over China. These 5 brothers will share stories about their lives and churches in order to help you better understand migrant life over the border. This incredible opportunity will also give insight into the fascinating migrant church life as well. Come support our brothers in Christ and hear their incredible stories! Pastor Rob Penner is a former pastor of ECC and has established a migrant ministry in Beijing, one of which you have helped to support for over 5 years. Mongolia Mission Trip ☼ UPDATE

They will also spend time with underprivileged children at camp in the countryside. Even if you are not going on the trip, stay tuned for how you can be involved. Next Meeting: Sunday, June 10th, 1:00pm-3:00pm, Hall, TST MC Trip Dates: Saturday, July 7th-Saturday, July14th Situated on the outskirts of Beijing, the Agape Community Center exists to serve the families of migrant workers. ECC has been supporting Pastor Rob Penner, who helped establish the center, as well as the center itself. Our team will be a camp for the center in hopes to share the love of Christ with the children of these migrant workers. The next team meeting will be Sunday, June 10th at the TST MC. Love English Camp ☼ UPDATE Team A: July 7th-July 14th (TRIP FULL), Team B: July 14th-July 21st This year, we will be organizing the Love English Camp for two churches in Hubei. We need a team of over 30 volunteers to witness the love of God to around 200 teenagers at these churches. We are looking for English teachers to teach phonics (training will be provided in June) as well as group leaders to care for the students and build team spirit. The first week of camp is now full, but we still need teachers and group leaders for the second week (July 14th-June 21st). We need you to share and witness the love of God to a group of 80 teenagers in Hubei. You will work and serve with others from Hong Kong as well as China. There will be another information session held at IECC on the afternoon of June 3rd. You are welcome to join to learn more about the camp. ECC is Starting a Library in Cambodia: We Need Your Help! Our 2010 & 2011 Cambodia mission teams partnered with a local village school, called Hope School. Inspired by the vision of ECC member and trip leader, Daisy Knight, the Cambodia Mission Team would like to establish a library in the school’s new building. The school is a place for children to experience the love of Christ by learning and gaining valuable skills to use in their villages, but it also allows the children a place to escape after long hours of working in the fields. How can you help? We need your used, but working, laptop computers and/or any old Ipads that you may not use anymore. Alpha Express Course 10 Sundays, May 13th-July 15th, 9:30am-10:45am, Room 308, YMCA

Looking for answers? Want to investigate the Christian faith for yourself? The Alpha Express Course is an opportunity for anyone to explore the Christian faith and ask the questions they’ve always wanted to. We will view a video on a subject central to the Christian faith, then participants will break into small groups led by experienced Alpha leaders to discuss the talk in an environment where each person is free to ask or express whatever they wish. The videos are in English with Chinese subtitles; however, you have your choice of small group discussion in English or Cantonese. Prayer Walk Next Sunday, June 3rd, 1:45pm-3:15pm, Meet at TST MC In Genesis 13:17 the Lord said to Abram, “Go, walk through the length and breadth of the land, for I am giving it to you.” And in Joshua 1:3 the Lord said to Joshua, “I will give you every place where you set your foot, as I promised Moses.” Every first Sunday in the months of March, June, September and December, ECC is committed to walking and praying through the streets and buildings of Tsim Sha Tsui to proclaim the Lordship of Jesus Christ at each location. We want to pray God’s blessings and promises over the people of Hong Kong. As we walk and pray, God will use our five senses (sight, hearing, smell, taste and touch) as means of His revelation. All are welcome to join and experience God as He guides us to pray, and make a difference to the community around us.
