Alma enjoys a variety of food and I do my best to keep it

healthy, though if you ask her, it should all be sweet snacks...

Alma enjoyed helping me bake a very nice egg-free polenta and coconut cake.

Alma helped me bake the cake for Shavuot:

She enjoyed pouring the sour cream, pudding powder and sugar and was surprised to find out the stirring wasn’t very easy.

Ah, I would just eat up this kid... Too cute!

She was especially happy to help make the whipped cream...

She worked hard on creating the layers of the dairy biscuit cake.

Turned out fantastic!

She also helped me make the vegetarian lasagne dish for the

Shavuot meal (Revital’s great recipe!)

This was serious gourmet cooking for toddlers:

Layers of tomato paste, lasagne sheets, firm tofu

and ricotta cheese...

Don’t forget the spinach

and shredded cheese!

She also helped cover

it with foil.

This is Alma’s wall. Underneath the large posters she has a special spoon from

Dorothea and a postcard from the gallery.
