LETTER FROM THE G.M.

I was recently selected to participate in the Retail Experts conference at CBRE University in Chicago. Yes, I said CBRE University. This is an intense, week-long think tank on retail and every possible factor influencing current and future trends, marketing, capital markets, risk management and more.

Did I walk away smarter than when I walked in? I would like to think so. But the real take-away was the commit-ment CBRE has towards their “Stan-dards of Excellence.” At The Shops at Wailea, we strive to meet those standards every day in everything we do. If, by chance, we miss something, don’t hesitate to let us know. After all, standard #11 reads: “To ensure customer satisfaction, we anticipate, identify, evaluate, respond and follow up” and you have my commitment that my team will settle for nothing less than “best of class.”
