RADA factory is located in Saransk, the capital of Mordovia.

Two production departments with total area of over 96 thousand sq. ft. make up the factory floors.

The facility operates state-of-the-art equipment from Amada (Japan).

All products made in the factory are being developed and improved by the in-house design department.

RADA FACTORY PRODUCTION FACILITIES

A modern logistic department is integrated into RADA factory; the department spans more than 43 thousand sq. ft.

It includes modern warehouses for products, materials and components, with a unified accounting system based on EAN-13 bar code standards.

The facility is intended to store over 15,000 products.

Convenient approaches and operation system facilitate daily loading and unloading of more than ten trucks.

LOGISTIC DEPARTMENT

In 2006, RADA factory was certified

as compatible with the DIN EN ISO

9001:2000 Quality Management

standard.

RADA factory was the first Russian

production enterprise in this field to

be granted such certificate.

“Vega” is an extremely technology-intensive line for hard-to-please buyers: glass shelves equipped with windows and lights plus protective screens are provided for all main elements; corner counters and plate dispensers are available. The product features a unique air distribution system. Still, the price is quite affordable as compared to the main offers from Russian makers.

“Dana” is the most compact food service counter in the Russian market. Its compact size allow use in the smallest spaces. All elements are made of polished AISI 304 stainless steel. Availability of the most sought-after elements ensures to satisfy the requirements of 80 per cent of customers.

“Shkolnik” (Schoolboy) is the most cost-efficient solution in the Russian market. Its simple design allows for lower cost price and facilitates successful bidding. However, the principal components and technical features are similar to those of more expensive models. Moreover, all necessary elements and sizes are available.

Vega is a new food service counter combining flexibility of configuration,

reliability of components and traditional quality of manufacturing.

Design of the food service counter makes it possible to put it in any type of

existing interior.

Corner counters allow both linear and angular positioning.

Adjustable legs ensure that all floor irregularities are compensated.

All shelves, rails and food pans are included in set shipped for the product price.

All warming trays and open cooled counters have illuminated two-layer glass shelves equipped with a glass screen. A set of food pans with handles is also included in the offer.

Additional elements – a plate dispenser and a silverware counter – sport the same design as the rest of the modules and can be complimented with standard rails.

Rails in VEGA food service counters have a connecting end that allows to create a single construction with no height differences. This also helps to avoid certain inconvenience for buyers as trays can easily slide on the rails and drinks don’t spill.

The technical design of the closed cooled showcase was remade completely to use a new air distribution system which allows to not only maintain pre-set temperature inside the showcase on all shelves but also avoid food drying-up due to air circulation flows.

DANA FOOD SERVICE COUNTER

Dana food service counter is the most compact counter available in the Russian market. Its small size allows it to be used in the minimal space. All elements are made of polished AISI 304 stainless steel.

Dana food service counter uses all technical solutions available in Vega models. However, its price is significantly lower due to a simpler design and greater technological effectiveness of its manufacturing process.

Nonetheless, its minimal number of elements are able to satisfy the needs of 80 per cent of end users while facilitating the supply management of the retailer.

All shelves, rails and food pans are included in the package price, so there is no need to purchase additional elements.

This food service counter model was specially designed for government-financed organisations, educational institutions in particular.

Its functionality complies with all modern requirements nut the use of painted metal for front panels, however, allowed for a significant price cut.

Counter tops, shelves and rails are made of AISI 304 stainless steel.

Side and front panels are made of galvanised steel coated with grey epoxy polyester paint (powder painting in an electrostatic field).

Elements of the food service counter are available in two sizes: 1120 and 1500 mm.

All shelves and rails are included in the offer price.
