Thursday, May 21st

6:30 AM Group wake-up call.7:00 AM Enjoy breakfast at the hotel (included).8:00 AM

Depart the hotel for George Washington's Mount Vernon Estate for a visit (mansion tour not available).Next, we visit the Marine Corps Museum (requested @ 11:30 am). A boxed lunch will be included en routeto Arlington Cemetery for the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, Changing of the Guard Ceremony, theKennedy Gravesites and a visit to the Iwo Jima Memorial. We will end our afternoon with a stop atLafayette Park for a photo opportunity of the White House. Must depart by 5:15 pm for Medieval Times.

6:45 PM Arrive at Medieval Times for dinner and a tournament (included - 7:00 pm show).10:30 PM Return to the hotel ***Private nighttime supervision is provided***

Friday, May 22nd

6:30 AM Group wake up call. 7:00 AM Breakfast at the hotel – (included). 8:00 AM

Depart the hotel for a visit to the Library of Congress and Supreme Court followed by our guided tour ofthe Capitol (requested @ 10:40 am). Lunch is at the Capitol Visitor's Center (requested @ 11:30 am).Buses will drop off at the Capitol and will not be used until pickup at 9:00 pm.

12:30 PM

This afternoon, we will break up into chaperone groups to visit the Smithsonian Museums including Air &Space, American History and Natural History Museums. Next, we visit the MLK, FDR and JeffersonMemorials.

6:00 PM Dinner is at Reagan food court (included). We end our evening with visits to the Lincoln, Korean, Vietnamand WWII Memorials.

9:00 PM Depart for home; rest stops will be made every 2 - 3 hours.

Saturday, May 23rd

5:00 AM Arrive back at school.

*Registration is based upon availability. Any cancellation made at least 45 days prior to the trip departure date is subject to a full refund minus any non-refundable items in addition to a $25 processing fee for those cancellations processed through Nowak Tours. Any cancellation that is made within 45 days of the departure date will forfeit 50% of the trip cost plus any non-refundable items.

Nowak Tours Online Registration & Payment Instructions

Follow these steps to register for the trip and make online payments. If you experience difficulties, feel free to contact our office for assistance at 877-293-4900. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

Go to www.nowaktours.com and click the “Traveler Login” link at the top right. The login screen displayed in Image A will appear. Returning users will log into your account using your username and password. New users will click the “Create Your Account” link. Enter the Trip ID as displayed in Image B to the right and click “Continue”. Then, follow the three step registration process shown below.

Step 1 – Account Holder Information:

Enter your information and select the

“Next” button and proceed to Step 2 to

add the traveler(s).

Step 2 – Add Travelers: Using the

dropdown box, select the number of

travelers that you want to register as

shown in “Example A”. You will then see

a form for each traveler appear as shown

in “Example B”. Select the traveler from

the dropdown box, or select “Add New

Traveler”. Then complete the remainder

of the form(s) and click the “Next” button

to proceed to Step 3.

Step 3 – Finish and Pay: Click the “Pay

Now” button to complete your

registration and make a credit card

payment. Click the “Pay Later” button to

complete your registration and mail a

check or pay at a later date. Your trip

registration is now complete.
