years old, can be dropped off and picked up as needed throughout

the morning. If you would rather keep your child with you, an

unstaffed space, in rooms 15-17, is available in case you need a

diaper change, a quiet place to rock, or some space to move

around. The worship service is broadcast through a speaker.

Register for VBS! July 15-19th, 9am-12pm and 6pm-8:30pm. VBS is

open to children from age 4 (by September 1, 2019) through 6th

online or email Pastor Tawny to get more information.

The golf outing has had a record 48 people sign-up this year. We have

started a Wait List because, inevitably, one or two people have

something that changes their mind about playing. First come, first

served, please call Don Albacker at (215)692-2958 to be added to the

Wait List.

There is a need for a Summer Session Sunday School teacher’s

assistant for our older elementary aged children. Please contact

Pastor Tawny for more information.

Scholarships* are available for children and youth to attend summer

church camp at Gretna Glen, Innabah and Pocono Plateau. Flyers

about each camp are on a table in the lobby. Some will fill up early;

register now. *Scholarships will cover one half of the cost of camp.

Please contact the office for more information.

We’re going to see the Iron Pigs on August 24! To ensure that we have

enough tickets to sit together, we are going ahead with sign-ups now.

Tickets are $11 each and include a $2 ballpark credit. The sign-up

sheet is on the kiosk in the lobby. Please see the May Evangel for more

details.

Are you or your child graduating this year? (High school, college,

grad school, technical school.) If so, please pick up a form, from the

sign-up kiosk, fill it out and return it to the office by June 2.

Are you considering joining Christ UMC? A New Members Class will be

held on Wednesday, June 5th and Wednesday, June 19th, from 6:30-

8pm in the Reichley Room. Grow your faith, meet new people, and

learn more about Christ UMC and its ministries and missions. Contact

one of the pastors or the office by May 29 to register.

VBS Supply Collection: The following items are needed: Bottle caps,

paper towel rolls, duct tape (skinny and regular, colors and designs

welcomed), and empty cereal boxes. If you can collect and bring

these items by June 15, 2019, you can place them in the box in the

lobby. We are also looking for old keyboards (they don't have to

work), 1 old desktop monitor (the large kind)...again don't need to

work and we don't need the tower part, and White Christmas lights.

Please label items with your name if you want them returned to you.
