North America Diving Dogs will be holding an all-breed dock diving event at the 2016Crossroads of Ga Cluster. Dock diving is a fast-growing sport that is fun for dogs of all breeds andsizes. Titles are eligible for the AKC Title Recognition Program. Join the fun and excitement at thiscluster and compete with your dogs for your titles or take the opportunity to try out the sportassisted by our experienced trainers. The event will start on Wed May 11th and will run until SunMay 15th.

Try-It Daily passes will be sold for $15.00 each day in order for new dogs to try out the sport ofDiving dogs.This event will have 15 diving Splashes and 3 Air retrieve splashes. Be sure to follow NADD formore information.

This event is a qualifying event for the 2016 AKC/NADD National Diving Dog Championships.In order to qualify, each dog must have a minimum of 4 splashes completed at this event. Wethen take the average of all the jumps from the event for each dog. The TOP AVERAGE in eachdivision will receive an automatic invite to the National Championships. (Note: If you receive aninvite and at the time of Nationals your OVERALL average with NADD is in a different divisionthan your invite, you will be moved to the appropriate division). Jumps in all the Splashes willcount towards your NADD/AKC titles.The Air Retrieve Qualifier will be held during the Saturday Air Retrieve competition. AKC NATIONAL OWNER-HANDLED SERIESWEDNESDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAY & SATURDAY

The AKC National Owner-Handled Series is a non-titling competition for dogs that are exhibitedby their owners that are not professional handlers.

“DON’T FORGET TO CHECK THE OWNER-HANDLED BOX ON THEENTRY FORM IF ENTERING THIS COMPETITION.”

All dogs that are owner-handled and are not solely owned or exhibited by professional handlers*meet the requirements for this competition. Exhibitors must declare their dog is Owner-Handledeligible at the time of entry using the check box on the entry form. Eligible dogs will be identified byan asterisk in the steward’s book & the catalog. Dogs must be handled throughout the breedlevel competition for the regular show by an eligible owner*. Professional handlers, house-hold members and assistants to current professional handlers may not exhibit the dog in anybreed competition during the entire show.

Owner-Handled Best of Breed will be selected from the dogs that are competing in the Best ofBreed competition including Winners Dog, Winners Bitch and winners of the non-regular classes.

The breed will not be represented in the Owner-Handled Group if there is no eligible dog compet-ing in the Best of Breed, or in Best of Winners competition.

*Professional handlers are defined as any person who belongs or has belonged to a professional han-dlers’ organization, distributed rate cards, or otherwise advertised or represented themselves as handlingdogs for pay or received payment for handling a dog within the last five years.

THURSDAY 4-6 MO BEGINNER PUPPY JUDGING WILL BE HELD DURING LUNCH.

Section 1- ClassificationsThe Four-to-Six Month Puppy competition shall be for dogs that are four months of age and over but undersix months on the day of the event. Classes will be offered for breeds and varieties and divided into Groupsas described in Chapter 3, Section 1 of the Rules Applying to Dog Shows and the Miscellaneous Class breedsas listed in Chapter 3, Section 23. The Miscellaneous class competition will be the equivalent of Group com-petition and the winner will be eligible to compete in Best Four-to-Six Month Puppy in Show. The FSS com-petition will be the equivalent of Group competition and the winner will be eligible to compete in Best Four-to-Six Month Puppy in Show.

Section 2 – Entry and EligibilityEntry and eligibility requirements include:

• The Four-to-Six Month Puppy event may be offered at licensed or member dog shows at the optionof the show giving club.

• Four-to-Six Month Puppy Competition must be listed in the premium list, entry form and judgingschedule, if offered.

• AKC registration number or an AKC litter number will be required for all entries of an AKC recognizedbreed as listed in Chapter 3, Section 1 of the Rules Applying to Dog Shows.

• A foreign born dog may enter this class if they are registered in the country of origin.• FSS number or FSS registered litter number will be required for Miscellaneous and FSS breed entries.• All entrants are to be vaccinated (including rabies) in accordance with their veterinarian’s protocol.• Dogs that are owned or co-owned by a professional handler may compete in this class, but must be

handled by a non-professional handler. Professional handlers are defined as any person who belongs orhas belonged to a professional handlers’ organization, distributed rate cards, or otherwise advertised orrepresented themselves as handling dogs for pay within the last five years. Dogs may not be exhibited bycurrent assistants and household members of a professional handler.

ATTENTION EXHIBITORSThe Show Site will be available to exhibitors at noon Tuesday, May 10, 2016. Dogs must be removed from theshow site immediately following Best in Show judging on Sunday.Exhibitors are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs every where on the show grounds, which includesthe entire Fairgrounds.

Grooming will be in Heritage Hall, Air-conditioned. Bathing facilities will be available. Dogs may be crated & leftin the building overnight. Security will be provided. Doors will be locked from 11:00 pm to 6:00 am.

NO SAVING SPACES.

ONLY STACKABLE CRATES ARE ALLOWED IN GROOMING AREAS - NO SOFT-SIDED CRATES! CRATE STACK-ING IS MANDATORY, EXCEPT FOR OBEDIENCE AND RALLY BUILDING.

CRATES SHALL BE MARKED WITH CONTACT NAME AND PHONE NUMBER FOR EMERGENCIES.

Temporary crating against wall will be allowed where space is available. This space may be used ONLY duringindividual breed judging. Dogs and crates must be removed after Best of Breed judging. NO crates allowed inaisles. No grooming in the McGill Building. The Show Committees reserve the right to remove crates of anyonenot adhering to these guidelines.

No exercise pens allowed in any building. No living rooms, no mats, crates must be stacked. No play pens ordouble strollers. No soft sided crates in grooming area.Dogs allowed in rings during judging only, except in the designated practice ring.Please observe all parking signs. Reserved & Handicap spaces MUST be used only by those with valid permits.Vehicles improperly parked will be towed.

No clickers allowed in the Obedience building.

Any person who leaves his motel room in disrepair shall be brought before the Event Show Committee toanswer charges. Please remember: as customers of area motels, your responsible conduct ensures continuedcommunity support.

Agricenter regulations do not allow the use of straw, hay or shavings in exercise pens orcampsites. The Show Committees will enforce all Agricenter regulations whether publishedin this premium list or not.All Gift Cards issued as prizes are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Lost, stolen and/or mis-placed Gift Cards will not be replaced.

The Newnan Kennel Club & Southeast Alabama Kennel Club, Inc. do not agree to arbitrateclaims as set forth on the Official AKC entry form for this event.A Judge requesting the use of a ramp must give notice to the show superintendent/show secretaryprior to judging. The entire entry in a breed is to be examined in the same manner (ground, table, orramp). Ramps can be used in emergency situation to judge any breed. In an emergency situation anexhibitor has the option of withdrawing their entry and receiving a refund. For the judging of Juniors,the ramp may be used at the discretion of the judge for the ramp breeds.

The following breeds may be judged on the ground or on a ramp: Lagotto Romagnolo, ClumberSpaniels, English Springer Spaniels, Field Spaniels, Welsh Springer Spaniels, Cirneco dell’Etna, IrishTerriers, Kerry Blue Terriers, Soft Coated Wheaten Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Keeshonden,Norwegian Buhunds, Polish Lowland Sheepdogs and Norrbottenspets (Misc).

The following breed may be judged on the table or on a ramp: Cardigan Welsh Corgis.

The following breeds may be judged on the ground, a ramp, or on a table: Boykin Spaniels andWhippets.

The following breeds must be judged on a ramp through all levels of conformation competition: SussexSpaniels, Basset Hounds, Bulldogs, Chinese Shar-Pei and Chow Chows.

WAIVER OF RIGHTSThe Newnan Kennel Club, Inc., the Columbus Kennel Club, Inc., the Southeast AlabamaKennel Club, Inc. & Macon Kennel Club, Inc. reserve the right to remove any animal in dis-tress from a parked vehicle or crate, and all persons attending this dog show hereby waiveany claim for damages against the clubs for such removal.

PLEASE NOTE: It is expressly understood that exhibitors, vendors or spectators alone areresponsible for the behavior of their dogs and/or children. Any exhibitor, vendor or specta-tor whose dogs and/or children create unnecessary disturbances or repeatedly engage inunsafe or disruptive behavior or whose equipment creates an impediment to the safe flowof traffic may, at the discretion of the Show Committee, be asked to leave the show site. Insuch case, no refund of any fees paid will be made.

A Recording Fee of 50 cents for each dog and an AKC Event Service Fee of $3.00 will be required foreach recordable single entry class at any Licensed or Member Club Show or Obedience Trial.(American Kennel Club Rule, Chapter 11, Section 2). An AKC Recording Fee of $3.50 1st Entry & $3.00additional entry of same dog will be required for each entry in Rally. (American Kennel Club RallyRegulation, Chapter 1, Section 3) These Fees are paid to the American Kennel Club.

CANADIAN EXHIBITORS MUST SUBMIT ENTRIES WITH CHECKS DRAWN ON U.S. ACCOUNTS ORWITH INTERNATIONAL MONEY ORDERS IN U.S. FUNDS.

There will be no refund for duplicate entries.

Dogs need be present only for scheduled judging and will be released if not needed for further judging.

Dogs must be ready for judging. Neither the club nor its Superintendents will be responsible or oblig-ated to furnish any service for notifying exhibitors or their agents of Breed or Class Judging. Judgesneed not wait for any dog holding up a class. Owners or agents alone are responsible for the pres-ence of their dogs in the judging rings.

The Club reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

All trophies must be claimed the day of the show - None will be mailed.

All checks issued as prizes are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Lost, stolen and/or misplacedchecks will not be replaced. Checks are valid for 90 days. The Superintendent is not able to cash checks.

RETURNED CHECKS/DECLINED CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS do not constitute a valid entry fee. Fees mustbe paid in guaranteed funds. Checks will not be accepted. The Superintendent will add a fee for com-pleting the transaction and/or reprocessing the entries. Repeated occurrences from the sameexhibitors may result in their being put on a CASH ONLY basis.

Entry Fee will not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by Veterinarianor judge or barred from competition by action of the Show Committee.

Exhibitors should follow their veterinarian’s recommendation to assure their dogs are free of internaland external parasites, any communicable diseases and have appropriate vaccinations.

No entry fees will be refunded if the Show cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil distur-bances, fire, extreme and/or dangerous weather conditions, an Act of God, public emergency, act of apublic enemy, strikes or any other cause beyond the control of the Club or the Superintendent.

The show giving Club, the Show Superintendent, their agents, employees, etc, assume no responsibili-ty for any loss, damage or injury sustained by exhibitors, handlers, or to any of their dogs or propertyand further assume no responsibility for injury to children.

No entry shall be made and no entry shall be accepted which specifies any condition as to its accep-tance. Entries will not be accepted without fees, signatures or the “Agreement” on the reverse side ofthe Official AKC Entry Form.

Changes, additions or corrections to entry forms must be received in writing prior to close of entries.Those received by telephone are not acceptable.

Refunds of $3.00 & less will not be issued due to the costs of processing.

An administrative fee of $2.00 will be charged for all cancellations or changes made prior to closing ofentries.

PERRY AREA HOTELS/MOTELSIn order to get special rates, you must call the motel direct & inform them you are with the dog shows.All exhibitors read the regulations on hotel/motel accommodations.

NOTICE TO DOG OWNERS/EXHIBITORSWHEN YOU SIGN THE ENTRY FORM, YOU AUTOMATICALLY AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMSCONCERNING MOTELS EXTENDING THEIR PLACE TO YOU.

THE FOLLOWING RULES HAVE BEEN ESTABLISHED FOR THE GOOD OF ALL EXHIBITORS CONCERNED.

1. Plastic sheeting is to be placed under every crate in motel rooms. This will keep carpets clean& dry. Plastic sheeting for each crate will be the responsibility of each exhibitor to provideHIS/HER own.

2. Dogs must be crated when owner is out of the room. NO EXCEPTIONS.3. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times while in the hotel, lobbies or on hotel grounds.

Rooms & lobby must be kept clean of dog debris.

4. Dogs should be “exercised” in designated areas on motel premises. Every dog owner isexpected to pick up after his own dog & dispose of waste in designated trash cans. It is theresponsibility of the dog owner to find out from the innkeeper where these areas & cans arelocated.

5. Due to the severe clogging problems with the drain pipes, no dog may be bathed in thehotel. Crating & bathing facilities with hot & cold water are available at the show site.

6. Rooms will be inspected daily by members of the hotel staff & observed violations or dam-ages will be reported to the hotel management and/or the investigative committee.

7. The investigative committee, working with a fair & equitable system, is charged with investi-gating complaints.

8. Each dog owner/registrant is expected to cooperate with the investigative committee, hope-fully settling damage claims on the spot, or else must be willing to furnish information suchas insurance policy numbers & other pertinent information as required/requested.

9. Should a hotel/motel, for cause, deem it necessary to cancel room privileges, the registrantagrees to forego legal actions against CLUSTER CLUBS & the hotel/motel.

10. As an exhibitor, I am aware that violations may be referred to the Show Committee if writ-ten charges are preferred. If such charges are upheld by the Show Committee, it may lead tosuspension from future show privileges.

11. Motel/hotels have the right to charge a deposit (refundable or non-refundable).

Beagles (not exceeding 13 in. over 13 in. but not exceeding 15 in.).Dachshunds (longhaired, smooth, wirehaired), Bull Terriers (colored, white), Manchester Terriers (standard, toy), Chihuahuas (smoothcoat, long coat), English Toy Spaniels (King Charles and Ruby, Blenheim and Prince Charles), Poodles (toy, miniature, standard), Collies(rough, smooth),

The following categories of dogs may be entered and shown in Best of Breed competition; Dogs that are Champions of Record and dogswhich, according to their owner’s records, have completed the requirements for a championship, but whose championships are uncon-firmed. The showing of unconfirmed Champions in Best of Breed competition is limited to a period of 90 days from the date of the showwhere the dog completed the requirements for a championship.

3. (Event Class) Consult the classification in this premium list. If the event class in which you are entering your dog is divided, then, in addi-tion to designating the class, specify the particular division of the class in which you are entering your dog, i.e., age division, color divi-sion, weight division.

4. A dog must be entered in the name of the person who actually owned it at the time entries for an event closed. If a registered dog hasbeen acquired by a new owner, it must be entered in the name of its new owner in any event for which entries closed after the date ofacquirement, regardless of whether the new owner has received the registration certificate indicating that the dog is recorded in hisname. State on entry form whether transfer application has been mailed to the A.K.C. (For complete rules refer to Chapter 11, Section 3).
