rotary/coil-tubing drilling operations in the West End, Waterflood and Lisburne areas of GPB.

Established and maintained deep rigor in reservoir management, prospect selection, and well design to maximize value and ensure safe operations.

Met a challenging well planning target in 2014 by empowering team to concentrate on prospective areas, and by shifting personnel as required.

Led the sanction, planning and execution of a 20 well, $500-M pad expansion project. 17 wells drilled during tenure, with project under budget and production goal exceeded.

Identified opportunity to improve production from lateral wells using a swell packer / sliding sleeve completion. Convinced subsurface and drilling teams to implement; technology is now routine, with often over 100% increase in rates.

with operator ConocoPhillips by providing technical and financial assurance of the rotary and coiled-tubing drilling, workover and wellwork programs.

Accountable for prospect selection, well design, production accounting, forecasting, long-term planning, capital and expense budgets, project sanction and delivery.

Culminated in the sanction and commencement of the $800-M Kuparuk A-Sand Redevelopment major project – 150+ wells over five to ten years.

Production Engineer 2004–2006Milne Point Field, Alaska Consolidated Team, BP Alaska, Anchorage, AK Production/injection surveillance of wells for light and viscous oil reservoirs. Optimized production from jet pump, ESP, and gas lifted wells. Developed and implemented numerous wellwork and rig workover programs. Provided completion design and support for new reservoir development.
