BeginningThe story takes place at school.It takes place in modern time.

BeginningIn the beginning Nick Allen is finishing 4th

grade and is starting 5th, but Nick has to survive the language arts teacher Mrs. Granger.

MiddleThe problem is Nick starts using the word “

Frindle” instead of pen. Mrs. Granger tries to put a stop to it, but Nick gets every student in the 5th grade using the new word “ Frindle” and there’s no way for Mrs. Granger to stop them. The kids do there best to keep the new word spreading.

MiddleMrs. Granger(Dangerous Grangerous) tries

keeping every student after school but the word just keep’s getting more and more popular. Nothing can stop these kids from using Nick’s new word!

EndThe problem is solved when the war of

words is over because “ Frindle” is in the dictionary and all the action of the word is over!

EndIt is Christmas Day and Mrs. Granger

receives a package at her front door. She has no idea who it is from. She reads the note on the front. “Dear Mrs. Granger, You are one of my favorite teachers. Here is something I want you to have. Sincerely, a student of yours.” Mrs. Granger opened the package and inside was a case. Mrs. Granger opened the case and inside was a brand new “ Frindle”! Mrs. Granger knew right away that it was from her favorite former student Nick Allen!!
