Seminar Content Participants will practice a wide variety of techniques which will provide valuable insight into the standards required for Dan Promotion, especially with the new “TKD Generations” syllabus. The day will help equip participants with the skills necessary to understand and deliver effective Taekwondo by practising Poomsae, one step sparring, sports fighting, self defence and breaking. Certificates will be issued for 1st Kup and above, for presenting as evidence on their Dan Promotion application.

Talent spotting We will also be using the day to spot talented individuals who wish to be considered as part of the next phase of development for our Video resource on our website. We are looking for both male and female participants for the videos, so if you believe you have the ability, come along and work with us.

Equipment needed Please ensure you bring along your body armour, groin guard, head guard, arm guards, leg guards and gum shield.

Photography We will be taking photographs and video during the event. Please advise us if you do not wish to be filmed or photographed accordingly.
