Create a CMA from Search Results


From your search results, select the desired comparables by clicking in the

checkbox to the left of the properties

Note: Any type of display will allow you to select the desired comparables to generate

a CMA

With “Actions” selected on the floating toolbar, click on the “CMA”

button

After selecting the “CMA” button, the CMA Wizard will present and the tabs will

step you through the creation of the CMA

Start

Select an existing contact

by using the dropdown

arrow next to Select

Contact Name or

Create a new Contact

Enter a Description

Note: The Description serves as a name for the CMA

Pages

Click “Pages” on the CMA Wizard

Under “Available Pages click the “+” sign to expand each section

Click on the desired page title to select it. Pages will appear under “Selected

Pages”

Click “Upload Custom Pages” to upload pages customized by you

To set the “Selected Pages” as your default, click “Set as Default”

To restore default pages, click “Restore Defaults”

To reorder the “Selected Pages,” click the Up / Down arrows

To removed a selected page, click the “X”

To clear all Selected Pages click on “Clear”

Subject

Click “Subject” on the CMA Wizard

Fill the Subject Property from one of the following options:

Type in the subject property fields manually

Enter an MLS Number to auto-fill from a previous listing

Search for a residential listing to auto-fill from

Search for a Realist record to auto-fill from

Enter or modify subject

details

Upload a photo by clicking

on “Browse” and

selecting the photo of

choice

Cover

Click “Cover” on the CMA Wizard

You have the option to:

Review and edit the Subject Cover Photo

Review and edit the Contact Information

Click “Comparables” on the CMA Wizard


Review comparable(s) for CMA report

Remove selected comparable(s)

Search additional comparable(s)

Add comparable(s) from a Cart

Print comparable(s) in desired report format

Map

Click “Map” on the CMA Wizard

Map displays the

subject property, that

will be pinned in red

and location of each

comparable, which is

pinned in blue

Click the arrow buttons to

move between field options

OR

Click “View in Detail Mode”

to enter adjustments per

property

Click on “Previous” or

“Next” to scroll through

the properties

The Suggested List Price can also be entered manually

Enter any additional Notes which should appear with the price

Click “Finish” on the CMA Wizard


Click “View CMA” to view in a PDF, with the option to print

Click “Email CMA”

Click on the disk icon to save

Click on the red “X” to delete and exit the CMA Wizard
