Matrix™ Client Portal
The new Client Portal in Matrix™ provides you with stunning private client websites that let you personally brand the information delivered to each individual client. The portal serves as a powerful communication tool by allowing clients to categorize listings according to their level of interest, as well as log conversation notes between you and them. Your clients can further customize their Portal experience by creating and saving searches of their own. The fully responsive design displays beautifully on all devices, which allows your clients the freedom to access the sites on a computer, tablet or smart phone.
Clients can access any searches that you’ve set-up in Matrix for them (manual and auto-notification), and they can save their own searches.
Homebuyers can search by criteria or map, or a combination of both.
INRIX Drive Time™ can be integrated as an optional add-on service into the search interface. INRIX Drive Time makes it easy for real estate agents and consumers to identify listings that meet desired travel times in traffic between home and work, school and other frequent destinations important to homebuyers. INRIX Drive Time goes beyond rush hour, providing agents with hourly travel times so homebuyers can see travel times to their important destinations at different times throughout the day.

It’s all about the property photos, which display beautifully on all devices.
The Detailed View screen shows the most important information about the property, including description, property history, neighborhood demographics, schools, etc.
The Property Notes on the Detailed View are two-way dialogs, so you can keep track of what clients like and don’t like about the individual properties.
Clients can mark listings as Favorites, Possibility or Rejects.
Listings marked as favorites are conveniently stored under the Favorites tab.
The Messages tab organizes property notes, emails, property alerts, CMAs, and more.
