  • Important Dates! July 23: Sitzprobe July 26: First evening rehearsal August 1-4: Performances

    Attendance Policy: Most KIDS are allowed 2 absences. Three tardies equal one absence. Principals are allowed only one absence. The directors will identify the principals. No absences are allowed during the last two weeks of rehearsal for leads. No absences are al-lowed during the last week of rehearsal for ensemble members. Parents: Please call the theater or write a note if you know your child will be absent. Discipline Policy: KIDS with discipline problems will be warned once. The second time a KID has a discipline problem the parents will be notified. If there is a third offense, the KID will be dismissed from the show. Tuition will not be refunded if a KID is dismissed because of a discipline problem.

    Set Construction Set Painting

    Set building parties are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 PM and

    on Saturdays at 10 AM.

    Cookies for Intermission

    Between the end of Act I and the start of Act II Our patrons will need a quick snack, it is true! They’ll beat feet to the lobby, looking for something to eat. Please help us feed them a sweet, tasty treat!

    Each year, we ask our families to bring two packag-es of cookies for our intermission treats. Please bring two packages of cookies and leave them with the people in the lobby. Thanks!

    Got Bud Vases?

    Do you have some forgotten bud vases locked away a cupboard in your office? Or maybe cached behind your

    telly? Or stuck in the trunk of your brand new luxury car? Free those vases by donating them to 7th Street Kids!

    Vases can be left with the lobby volunteers and will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

    Heads Up! Make Up Info Boys:

    Foundation - Same shade or 1 shade darker than child’s skin color

    Blush - the color shouldn’t be too bright

    Eyeliner - Brown or Black, top lid only

    Lipstick - optional, neutral color Girls:

    Foundation-Same shade or 1 shade darker than child’s skin color

    Blush - pink or other brighter color

    Eyeshadow-on lid, neutral color

    Eyeliner Optional - Brown or Black, top lid only

    Mascara - Black

    Lipstick - brighter neutral color like brown or pink (no neon or red)

    If girls have blonde eyebrows, they can be darkened with a brown eyeliner

    This information is only for the Kids who will NOT be made up by the make up crew. These characters WILL certainly be made up by the make up crew: Matilda, Mr. and Mrs. Wormwood, Michael Wormwood, Miss Trunchbull, Rudolpho and Mrs.Phelps.
