GAME RULES: Each card has a different combination of 4 numbers. Cards are worth 1, 2 or 3 points, rated by difficulty. Look at the middle of a card to determine its point value: 1 dot = 1 point; 2 dots = 2 points; 3 dots = 3 points OBJECT OF THE GAME: Be the first player to make 24 with all 4 numbers on the card. You can add, subtract, multiply or divide. You have to use all four numbers. Each number may be used only once. For example: if the numbers are 2, 2, 6, 8: You could make 24 by explaining (8-2) x (6-2) = 24. (There might be more than one solution) Don't get mixed up with a 6 and a 9 - every number is underlined, so you can clearly see the difference! HOW TO PLAY: Count off a stack of cards from the deck (we suggest you use 12 cards for any easy start). Any number of players can play. All players are playing at the same time, for the same top card. Start playing using only one point or two point cards. Add the "three point" cards as you get better. To win a card, you must be the first to figure out how to make 24. Claim your card by saying "I got it". If you are the first to claim the card and correctly explain a solution, you win that card. Once you take that card, the next card is in play. The winner is the one with the most points after all cards are claimed. Total your score by adding up the point value of your cards. For example: If you have 4 "one point" and 3 'two point" cards at the end of the game, your score is 10 MATHS 24 MATHS 24 MATHS 24 2 2 8 6 MATHS 24 2 2 8 6

GAME RULES: Each card has a different combination of 4 numbers. Cards are worth 1, 2 or 3 points, rated by difficulty.

Look at the middle of a card to determine its point value: 1 dot = 1 point; 2 dots = 2 points; 3 dots = 3 points

OBJECT OF THE GAME: Be the first player to make 24 with all 4 numbers on the card. You can add, subtract, multiply or divide. You have to use all four numbers. Each number may be used only once.

For example: if the numbers are 2, 2, 6, 8: You could make 24 by explaining (8-2) x (6-2) = 24.

(There might be more than one solution) Don't get mixed up with a 6 and a 9 - every number is underlined,

so you can clearly see the difference! HOW TO PLAY:

Count off a stack of cards from the deck (we suggest you use 12 cards for any easy start). Any number of players can play.

All players are playing at the same time, for the same top card. Start playing using only one point or two point cards.

Add the "three point" cards as you get better. To win a card, you must be the first to figure out how to make 24. Claim your card by saying "I got it". If you are the first to claim

the card and correctly explain a solution, you win that card. Once you take that card, the next card is in play.

The winner is the one with the most points after all cards are claimed. Total your score by adding up the point value of your cards.

For example: If you have 4 "one point" and 3 'two point" cards at the end of the game, your score is 10
