Aacess Cranes & Equipments is an ISO 9001:2008 Certified Company established in the year 1996, primarily with an aim to manufacture quality material handling equipments. The Company operates from its own fully equipped units.

The Company employs 40 people and has a sound infrastructural base, situated in the state of Andhra Pradesh, India, wherein we are able to engineer high product capacities in our unit. In order to manufacture quality equipments and deliver material in time, we are equipped with the most modern machinery and equipment required for manufacturing all types of Material Handling Units.

Profile:

The Unit is located at Plot No. B 8 & 9/1, IDA Kukatpally, Gandhinagar, Hyderabad – 500 037, having a covered area of 10,000 sq. ft. wherein all the major items like End Carriages, CT Trolleys, Lifting Equipments, Control Panels and Cabins etc., which are critical in nature are manufactured.

Another Unit is located at Plot No. 284/D, Phase III, Industrial Park, Pashamylaram, Medak Dist, having a covered area of 25,000 sq. ft. wherein the Bridge Girders, Platforms and the necessary Fabrication works are carried out in addition to the Assembly and Load Testing which is also done at this unit.

The Company is backed by Strong Design, Manufacturing and Service Personnel, who strive hard to work as a team, to deliver qualitative material handling products. Even though ours is an SSI Unit, we use most modern tools to Design, Manufacture and Commission our units.

Some of the techniques/tools used by us are Crane Design Software exclusively developed for designing all kinds of cranes by meeting all the requirements of IS 3177, 807 & 800, thereby ensuring zero fault in designing and processing of data.

Implementation of ERP Package - SAP B1 in both the units, so as to have efficient control over all the resources.

Computerized Project Management by using Programme Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) in order to ensure that the work moves as per the schedule, by ensuring adherence to the committed deliveries.
