Firstly, me and my group each separately created 3 masthead designs for our horror film trailer using Photoshop. These are my 3 designs. I found the fonts on “dafont.com” under

the tab “horror.” I found 3 fonts that I thought were appropriate for our horror film trailer. I then added some effects to them by double clicking on the layers.

Font: “Something Strange.”Effects: inner shadow, inner glow, satin.

Font: “Face Your Fears”Effects: bevel and emboss, stroke, outer glow, drop shadow.

Font: “Real Horror”Effects: outer glow, drop shadow.

Next, we brought our mastheads together so that we had 9 different ones to chose from. We then decided to pick one of each of our mastheads so that we had narrowed it down to 3. The mastheads we chose were the 3 at the bottom of each sheet as we

thought these 3 were the most effective.
