Two Programmes
• EUROPEAN UNION LAW: • Two sub-tracks:
• The EU in a Global Legal Context• EU competition law and economic regulation
And
• INTERNATIONAL LAW and HUMAN RIGHTS
Six Points to Study:
1. the sources of EU law;
2. the scope of EU legal instruments;
3. EU institutions and their respective mandates;
4. EU dispute settlement mechanisms;
5. the enforcement of EU law; and
6. the domestic application EU law.

• To EU law programme- BA Law with substantial course on EU law (no substantial
knowledge or from outside the EU obliged to do ‘EU Law: an introduction’)
- Not holding BA Law but relevant BA admission possible upon request and obliged to do ‘EU law: an introdution’
