Carta de los Directores

!Desde nuestra perspectiva, la manera histórica de ver y hacer el management resulta insuficiente para los desafíos que deben enfrentar los profesionales de hoy. Los supuestos en los que hemos basado nuestra realidad nos han llevado hacia una situación crítica, no sólo a nivel económico global sino también en lo social, político, espiritual, filosófico e individual. Vivimos en una época de transición en la que podemos elegir entre ser protagonistas o víctimas de la nueva realidad emergente. Nosotros ofrecemos una alternativa a la transformación que la sociedad está viviendo proponiendo una visión integral para gestionar las organizaciones. Coincidimos con pensadores de vanguardia en que mientras los paradigmas históricos se van agotando en sí mismos y se buscan soluciones a cuestiones neurálgicas desde la misma estructura de razonamiento que los creó, nacen nuevos tejidos interpretativos y nuevas metodologías, por lo que creemos que son posibles también nuevas e estimulantes interpretaciones de la realidad organizacional.La responsabilidad integral que proponemos diluye las fronteras delimitadas por la actitud cultural de víctima. Por una cuestión de dinamismo, agilidad y pragmatismo las antiguas estructuras verticales están evolucionando hacia redes y procesos multidireccionales. A la organización emergente ya no le sirve tratar a la persona como un recurso humano en proceso de mejora sino que comienza a comprender que cada persona es un fin en sí mismo para potenciar. Los procesos basados en mecanismos de control se agotan por la imposibilidad de abarcar la dimensión de variables que surgen vertiginosamente. En su lugar nace la confianza como valor central del nuevo modelo de gestión. Sostenemos, además que la organización viva e inteligente puede mantenerse competitiva en el mercado si aprende a gestionar y fomentar su capacidad de aprender. Entendemos que tener información o acumular conocimientos no significa necesariamente "saber“ por lo que proponemos integrar a la formación "explicativa" una metodología de aprendizaje "generativo": Ya no se trata de tener conocimientos sobre liderazgo sino de ser líder. Nuestra formación no habla acerca de las habilidades sino que crea el espacio para desarrollarlas. Mientras que las lecturas de liderazgo o de trabajo en equipo no producen líderes, nuestra metodología de aprendizaje integral despierta consciencia y genera acción. Proponemos un liderazgo espiritual basado en la inspiración de la visión de quienes tienen la capacidad directiva, convocando una profunda conexión con el verdadero propósito tanto individual como colectivo y encontrando el sentido de sus acciones. !Invitamos a todas aquellas personas que estén dispuestas a ser protagonistas en la creación de un nuevo paradigma a ir más allá de la gestión del management histórico a través de un modelo inteligente de aprendizaje, dinámico y vital, para que podamos mirar "la misma realidad" pero con nuevos ojos. !Es un honor para nosotros acompañarte en este camino.!
