MASTER DIRECTORIES

2.1. VILLAGE MASTER

Village Master is a Directory of villages. Using Village Master, you can enter New

village details or Remove the existing details of a Village.

To access Village Master, click on

Master Directories Village Master

By clicking Village Master, the following screen would appear…


New Entry

New Entry and Remove options are used to enter or remove the village details.

For new village entry, click on

Master Directories Village Master New Entry

Note: Village Name should be written in TELUGU.

Village Code Format: DDMMVVV

DD – District Code MM – Mandal Code VVV - Village Code

Enter the value of Village Extent. If extent value not known enter 0.

Units following in the village should be select from the given list either Acres/Guntas

or Acres/Cents. Enter all the values and click on SUBMIT button to save the Village

Master Record.


If you enter wrong number in Guntas, it will give error message Click on OK to

enter correct value for Guntas. Enter the proper Gunta values and click on SUBMIT to

save the record.

This screen shows the successful save of Village Master after given values are correct.


Remove

To remove village from Master directories, click on

Master Directories Village Master Remove

Select the village name from the given dropdown box, it automatically displays the

selected village details and click on SUBMIT button to remove the village from Village

Master.

By clicking SUBMIT button, an ALERT box pops a message “Village will be removed”

Click on OK to remove the village record from Village Master.


Note: Village cannot be deleted as Land Holding details are entered for this village.

So before deleting the Village from the Master Directory, Land Holding details of that

village should be deleted first.

Click on SUBMIT button to remove the village from the Master Directory.

This screen shows the successful Removal of village.


2.2. R.S.R

Re-Settlement Register maintains the details of Survey number, Land nature, Land

class, Water source, Remarks and Sess / Tax details of Revenue Village.

R.S.R is the main source of landholding details in the Village.

To access, click on

Master Directories R.S.R

Select village from the given list. Enter Survey and Sub division number, Land nature,

Land type, Water sources, Extent details and if known enter old survey number, Rate

per acre, tax and remarks. Add / Delete Khata Number and Pattadar Name if more

than one khata number exists.


Click on SUBMIT button to Save the Re-Settlement Register.


RSR Edit

Select village name, survey and sub division number, land nature, land type and water

resources from the given list and enter other details if occurred for modification.

To access, click on

Master Directories R.S.R Edit

Here we can ADD or DELETE Khata Number and Pattadar Name if more than one

khata number exists.

Click on SUBMIT to save the edited details.

R.S.R Details saved successfully.


2.3. PATTADAR

PATTADAR describes the pattadar details in a Village, Khata number, Pattadar name,

village name and all other details will entered/deleted/updated. Using pattadar option

user can add New Pattadar details, Edit / modify and can remove the details of existing

Pattadar details.

To access, click on

Master Directories Pattadar


To add New Pattadar click on

Master Directories Pattadar New Entry

Select village name from the given list. Enter khata number for Private lands. Enter

Pattadar name, Father / Husband name. If known, specify the values of Adhar card

number, Ration card number, PPB number and Title deed number.

UNIQUE Numbers Range for Govt Lands

For Govt. lands like Banjaru, Poramboku, R & B Roads, Highways etc., select from the

UNIQUE numbers range.

Click on “Select Unique Number for Govt lands” for entering the unique number


Click on save button to save the Pattadar details.

Pattadar details saved successfully and a new Pattadar is added to the particular

village.


Note: For the Khata Numbers which are in Govt lands Unique Numbers Range, the

details can’t be modified.


Pattadar Edit

Edit Pattadar option is used to edit and modify the Pattadar details.If a record of a pattadar is digitally signed in a survey no, that pattadar modification is not allowed.For editing the details, both the Village name and Khata number should be known.To edit pattadar details, click on

Selected khata number details will be displayed on the screen…

On selecting Village and Khata number, all the available Photographs will be displayed as

shown in the above screen. If photographs are not available or the available photographs are

not in good quality, a new photograph can be upload . The photograph should be in JPG

format with following measurements:

Width in the range of : 110 to 120 pxls and Height : 140 to 150 pxls . Indian Passport size

photograph width is 115 pxls and height 145 pxls (3.5 c.m X 4.5 c.m).

A photograph has to be selected among the available, for printing on the Pattadar Passbook

and Title deed and will be used for all the practical purposes in Webland System.

Selected photograph Check button will be shown as checked for previously selected

Photographs on every fetching.


Modify the details if necessary and click on Save button to save the modified details of

Pattadar.

Pattadar Remove

Remove Pattadar option is used to remove the Pattadar details.

For Removing the Pattadar, should be known both the Village name and Khata

number.

Pattadar can’t be deleted if the Pattadar contains Land Holding details.


Click on OK to remove the pattadar from the village

Note: Pattadar cannot be deleted as landholding details are entered for this Pattadar.


Pattadar – Aadhar Seeding (Force Seeding Enabled)

After Web Land Login the following Screen Appears: Select Master Direcotries

Entry of Aadhar No(With Sort by Pattadar Name) (Sort by Khata No also available)

Click on Entry Option ButtonClick on Sort by Pattadar NameSelect Village Click On

Generate

Enter Aaadhar Number Directly in theText Box Click on Validate


** If Aadhar Number is Available in the SRDH data base Name , Relation, District will be

filled Automatically. Verify Pattadar Details and Aadhar Details Before SAVE If wrong

press Reset

*If Aadhar Number is Not Available in the SRDH data base the following Screen Will Appear


If Aadhar Number is Not Available in SRDH database press ok

(See Aaadhar Card Xerox Copy)

Enter Name: (As it appears in Aadhaar Card in ENGLISH)

Enter Relation: (Father/Relation Name as it appears in Aadhaar Card in ENGLISH)

Verify Pattadar Details and Aadhar Details before clicking SAVE
