to Miles Richard Estes & Abigail Grace Keves who were recently baptized at OLV and through the Sacrament of Baptism became members of God’s family.

Please remember in your prayers, Pat Vandargriff (mother of Heather Roush), John Rzomp (father of Jackie Milsom) and Cathy Croasdale (daughter of Rosemary Myers) who died recently. May God grant them eternal rest and consolation to their families.

Chad Price & Mary “Mickey” Patterson have been added to our prayer list. Please remember them and all our known ill and elderly in your prayers.

YWCA HOMELESS FAMILY DINNER: Once again, Our Lady of Victory has

the privilege to serve dinner to the homeless families at the YWCA

Family Center on Thursday, November 7. Sign-up sheets will be posted

in the church vestibule. Please see below for information that may be of

help to you.

• FOR BAKERS: Please have your cookies, brownies and cupcakes delivered

to Victory Hall by noon on November 7. Please package your desserts to

protect them during transport, and label them with YWCA. Please DO NOT

individually wrap the cookies. Because of food allergies please do not bake

with nuts or peanut butter.

• FOR SERVERS: YWCA Family Center; 900 Harvey Court, Columbus, OH

Please arrive around 5:30pm. Drive to the rear of the building and enter

through the Volunteer entrance. You'll need to ring the bell at the entrance

for someone to let you in. Please register at the office as a volunteer, get a

name tag and join us in the kitchen. For food safety reasons, the YWCA

requires us to wear hair nets, so unless you think you look really cute in a

hair net, you may want to bring your own hat to wear.

FIRST MONDAY OF THE MONTH EUCHARISTIC ADORATION will

be held on Monday, November 4 at 7:00am in the Church. Arrive

at 7:00am and stay through Mass or come for any portion.

FIRST TUESDAY EUCHARISTIC ADORATION will be held

Tuesday, November 5 in the Church. There will be Exposition of

the Blessed Sacrament at 9:00am with the Recitation of the

Rosary. Adoration will continue throughout the day and will

close that evening at 9:00pm.

Nursery for Ages 18 month to 5 years old Located in the Atrium

Classroom in the basement of the Church During the 11:00 am

mass. Drop off at 10:50am and pick up immediately following

mass. Dates available: November 3, 10, 17, and 24; December

1, 8, and 15. Closed for Christmas break, Christmas Eve and

Christmas Day Masses

A MASS SAFETY COORDINATOR will soon be assigned at each

Mass and will be a key contact for any issues and responsible

for specific procedures. If you would like to assist the OLV Safety

and Security Committee as a Mass Safety Coordinator, please

contact Deacon Rob Joseph or the Parish Office for more

information.

St. Charles Drama Department Holding Women’s Auditions For Winter Production: “26 Pebbles”: The St.

Charles Drama Department is proud to announce women’s auditions for its winter play, 26 Pebbles by Eric Ulloa.

Auditions will be held Tuesday and Wednesday, December

3 & 4 at 4:00pm at the St. Charles Campus Theater, 2010

East Broad St. (You need only attend one of the two days.)

Auditions are open to all area high school women in Central

Ohio. Rehearsals for 26 Pebbles will begin Monday, January

HIGH SCHOOL BOYS AND GIRLS BASKETBALL PLAYERS, THE DIOCESAN RECREATION ASSOCIATION WANTS YOU! It is time to begin forming your parish CYO basketball team. Girls and boys in grades 9-12 are eligible to play. Games will be played on weekends, beginning Dec. 7/8 or Dec. 14/15. BENEFIT CONCERT: St. Mary Delaware, 82 E. William Street,

Delaware, OH, is holding a benefit concert featuring the music of

Chris Catalano, Christian recording artist and sacred music

composer, on Saturday, November 9 immediately following 4:30

p.m. mass in the church. With over one hundred and fifty pieces

of sacred music to his credit, Chris continues to use his gifts and

talents each day as a music teacher in Long Island, New York. He

has served as Music Director in parishes for the Diocese of

Rockville Centre. He is also an adjunct music professor at Hofstra

University in Hempstead, NY. Joining Chris on guitar will be his

son, parishioner Peter Catalano. All free will donations from this

event will benefit the St. Mary youth ministry, youth choir and

CATHOLIC CONVERSATIONS, NOV. 10: Join Fr. David Schalk for his conversation on Pope Francis: The Globalization of Indifference vs. The Culture of Encounter. In a society of growing individualism and indifference, the presence of migrants and refugees prompts a realization of the need for conversion and a renewed embrace of the Christian life. VEHICLE DONATIONS NEEDED FOR JOSEPHINUM: The Pontifical

College Josephinum is in need of used cars, vans and SUVs for

various seminary activities, such as seminarians’ travel to pastoral formation assignments and other off-campus

responsibilities. If you have a vehicle you would like to donate,

please call 614-985-2230 so that arrangements can be made to

deliver the vehicle before December 31. The Josephinum will

provide the necessary documentation for your donation.
