1) USING OF SCREENS

1.1) MENU OF MODE SELECTION

Figure 1) Mode Selection Menus

If pressing on this screen, automatic mode selection screen (Figure 2) will appear.

If pressing on this screen, alarm display menu will appear.

If pressing on this screen, manual start menu(Figure 5) will appear.

2) SYSTEM ALARMS 2.1) PHASE CONTROL FAULT

Occurrence: If the phases are not connected in the correct order to energy input terminals, this error occurs. Remove: The phases are connected in correct order. After that, alarms are reset

2.2) BELTPRES DRIVE FAULT

Occurrence: To find the cause of failure, fault code is looking in the driver’s manual Remove: Correct the failure specified in the user guide of the drive. After that, alarms are reset.

2.3) MIXER MOTOR THERMIC FAULT

Occurrence: The mixer motor is overload. Remove: Please check the motor cable. Set 11Q1 in board and reset the alarm. . 2.4) MIXER MOTOR FEEDBACK FAULT

Occurrence: Althogh mixer motor contactor work normally, the feedback signal in not received. Remove: Please check the contactor wiring edin. If necessary, Change the contactor. Reset the alarm.

2.5) EMERGENCY STOP FAULT

Occurrence: By pressing the emergency stop button Remove: Set the emergency stop button. Check the wiring. Reset the alarm.

2.6) 1. PNEUMATIC CYLINDER FORWARD SENSOR WARNING

Occurrence: If 1.Pneumatic cylinder for a period of 12 seconds will not see the forward sensor, this warning

will be displayed. This warning does not effect the operation of the system. Remove: Check the sensor wiring. Reset the alarm.

2.7) 1. PNEUMATIC CYLINDER BACKWARD SENSOR WARNING

Occurrence: If 1.Pneumatic cylinder for a period of 12 seconds will see bacward sensor, this warning will be

displayed. This warning does not effect the operation of the system. Remove: Check the sensor wiring. Reset the alarm.

2.8) 2. PNEUMATIC CYLINDER FORWARD SENSOR WARNING

Occurrence: If 2.Pneumatic cylinder for a period of 12 seconds will not see forward sensor, this warning will

be displayed. This warning does not effect the operation of the system. Remove: Check the sensor wiring. Reset the alarm.

Occurrence: If 2.Pneumatic cylinder for a period of 12 seconds will see bacward sensor, this warning will be

displayed. This warning does not effect the operation of the system Remove: Check the sensor wiring. Reset the alarm.

Occurrence: Belt slide control switch has 4 NC units. If any of these doesn’t come for 3 seconds then

this fault will be. Remove: Check the sensor wiring. Reset the alarm.

2.11) WATER PRESSURE FAULT

Occurrence: The water pressure required for operation of the system, indicates that sufficient pressure. Remove: Check the water pressure. Reset the alarm.

2.12) AIR PRESSURE FAULT

Occurrence: The air pressure required for operation of the system, indicates that sufficient pressure. Remove: Check the air pressure. Reset the alarm.
