ABOUT NEEDS Maslow created a model that places

motivational needs in a hierarch and suggests that before more sophisticated, higher-order needs can be met, certain primary need must be satisfied.

Best representation of the specific needs in placed in a pyramid to represent the more fundamental, lower-order needs at the base and the higher-level needs at the top.

WHAT ARE THE NEEDS? Maslow's theory consisted of two parts:1) The classification of human needs, and2) Consideration of how the classes are related to each other The classes of needswere summarized by Maslow as follows:

PHYSIOLOGICAL NEEDS These are need that everyone is

SAFETY NEEDS After you meet your physiological

needs, you turn to your safety needs. Maslow’s Hierarchy say’s if a persons
