ABOUT NEEDS Maslow created a model that places

motivational needs in a hierarch and suggests that before more sophisticated, higher-order needs can be met, certain primary need must be satisfied.

Best representation of the specific needs in placed in a pyramid to represent the more fundamental, lower-order needs at the base and the higher-level needs at the top.
