Greg Tait…Greg is the Talent Director at AEA. His role is to support internal clients and champion our external proposition. Greg has over 12 years of experience in international Executive Search & Selection. An Economics graduate, Greg has been an Executive Recruiter for several blue chip firms, opening corporate accounts, including IBM, Accenture and BT, and running the Consulting, Oil & Gas and Utilities practices across EMEA.Before joining AEA, Greg launched an environmental and technology Search & Selection firm with offices in the UK, Russia and UAE.

Ann Marie Davenport… Ann Marie is AEA’s Strategic Capability Manager. A graduate in Sociology and Political Science, Ann Marie started her career in publishing, before becoming a specialist consultant at AEA. She was responsible for delivering a series of high profile projects and programmes for key clients, including the Carbon Trust. Ann Marie brings invaluable expertise to the team in international strategic capability planning and corporate recruitment campaign strategy.
