Never-before-seen marketing campaigns // When Piedmont
Realty Trust wanted to re-introduce their Class AA office leasing opportunity
located in the elite Las Colinas master-planned community, I created a bold
and innovative marketing campaign for this headquarters-caliber project by
touting its “never-before-seen” space. Positioning the asset as Las Colinas’
equivalent of the Loch Ness Monster and utilizing repetitive touches in a
variety of eye-catching mediums, this consistent, persistent and powerful
campaign elevated 6031 Connection to the forefront of the minds that
mattered. Within 40 days of winning the prestigious assignment, the team
successfully signed a lease for three of the nine vacant floors.

Branding communications // Establishing a set standard of
excellence throughout the company became a number one priority as
Stream Realty Partners, L.P. continued to grow. With this need, I wrote and
developed a series of manuals that focused on Stream’s core businesses –
leasing, marketing and property management. By unabashedly detailing the
inner workings of the company’s most successful models, establishing the
principles of the firm’s culture and implementing these ideas nationwide,
Stream Realty Partners, L.P. broke new ground in the commercial real estate
community.

Website creation and development // Having a prominent web
presence has now become one of the key tools in generating business. I have
designed high-end websites from straightforward landing pages to elaborate,
dedicated destinations for our clients’ valued assets. I launched a new
firmwide website for Stream Realty Partners, L.P. from concept to completion
– restructuring, redesigning and rebranding Stream’s website to address the
growing needs of a mid-sized company and translating these website design
elements into the company’s pitch / overview templates and nationwide
marketing collateral. Within a one-year time span of the redesign, the firm’s
new visitor traffic increased by 414%.
