Oversee all phases of a construction project from initial planning to completion. Coordinates and supervises all construction activities, confer with Sub-Contractors , in-house

crew, construction and maintenance and repair personal to insure project completed at allotted time.

Schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications.

Maintains construction schedule, identifies and trouble shoot within scope of project. Orders materials and schedules inspections as necessary throughout the process. Maintains positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers and other employees.
