SPEAKER PROFILE MCDONALD’S MARSHALL SADLER US Supply Chain Director Marshall Sadler serves as Director, U.S. Supply Chain Management McDonald’s USA, where he coordinates distribution, and logistics for 14,000 McDonald’s restaurants in the United States (2008-present). A 14-year employee of McDonald’s, Marshall has held the previous position as Field Director in Supply Chain Management where he supported the Ohio, Pittsburgh and Michigan Regions. (1999-2008) Marshall began his career at McDonald’s in 1999. Prior to McDonald’s Marshall held general management & operations management positions with M&M Restaurant Supply, Sysco, Allient, Kraft, & PYA Monarch. Additionally, Marshall served in the US Army Reserve and National Guard for 14 years as an Ordnance Officer. He retired in 1995. Marshall earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, Minnesota and holds certifications in Ergonomics and MTM & MSD Engineered Labor Standards Systems. A 14-year employee of McDonald’s, Marshall has held the previous position as Field Director in Supply Chain Management where he supported the Ohio, Pittsburgh and Michigan Regions. (1999-2008)
