REQUIREMENTS FOR MARRIAGE LICENSE BETWEEN FILIPINOS

1. Authenticated Birth Certificate (Legalized)

In the absence of a birth certificate, a baptismal certificate, duly legalized must be

submitted.

2. Certificate of No Record of Marriage – CERNOMA (“Certificate or Proof of Singleness”)

3. Applicants between 21-25 years old need parental / guardian consent.

In the event that parental / guardian consent is not given, there is a waiting period of

three months after the bonds are posted.

4. Widowed applicants must submit a legalized death certificate of the former

husband/wife.

5. Three (3) duly filled out application forms

6. Names of two witnesses

7. Original and three (3) photocopies of the following:

- Passport

- Resident permit

- ID cards / passport of witnesses

8. Eight (8) photos, size 2 x 2 cm.

9. Applicants should come for an interview with the solemnizing officer.

10. Fee:

- 60 euros for consular services

- 25 euros for Report of Marriage
